Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law
In 2004, joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC. Focused on the audit of financial statements prepared under USGAAP or IFRS, J-SOX implementation project of a major general trading company, Form F-4 accompanying the organizational restructuring of the world’s largest beverage company and the foreign-affiliated Japanese corporation.
From 2010 to 2012, seconded to Ernst & Young Toronto and engaged in the audit of not only Japanese companies but also local Canadian companies.
In 2018, served as the audit quality control department. In addition to the audit, he has experience in implementation of IFRS to the major domestic steel trading company in Japan, and also has experience in corporate turnaround service for small entities.
