Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics
In 2002, joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC. Engaged in auditing listed companies, IPO stage companies, developing internal control, performing financial due diligence work, etc.
In 2012, seconded to Shin-Nihon Steel Co., Ltd. (currently Japan Steel Corporation). Engaged in consolidation accounting of over 500 group companies including post M&A business integration and IFRS implementation.
In 2018, founded Kimihiko Saito CPA firm. Currently engaged in providing support for finance function of venture companies, developing internal controls for companies aiming for IPO. Strength in consolidation accounting, company valuation and risk management, post-merger integration projects.
